Order Processing

All apparel is made to order. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

During new collection launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

From time to time, Delore Creations may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package from our studio to your doorstep.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

Delore Creations is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@delorecreations.com. If your order has not entered production, we'll do our best to update the address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

• Check with household members or neighbors.
• Contact your local post office or shipping carrier.
• Reach out to us if you need additional assistance.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.
